but dude. i was so upset for awhile. I honestly couldnt think. It wasnt so much i wanted her back than i just wihsed it never happened, and i was just mopey.
But i got paid my money for ROTC. first thought was im going to buy a motorcycle. Then i remembered who i was and realized who ive become.
I was defining myself with Lauren and not me. I wasnt being happy about life, i was just going through it. I become complacent. When i decided to buy a motorcycle i remebered who i fucking am. I am Ian fucking Bosak. It felt like i could breath again. I couldnt stop laughing. I wanted to get into a fist fight and loose, climb the fucking dorm buildings again, i wanted to jump from moving cars. Im not spritual but it felt like i could breath in the comseic energies again and make like my own."

Constants
Always be a Gentleman and a Scholar. Be Polite but not overly so, and raise your voice only for recreation. Make sure to keep calm and collected unless the situation calls calls for otherwise, which should be rarely. If you have the upper hand, never let it be known. If there is a conflict, you've failed your duty of maintaining happiness. Fail rarely.

Kick Back
and Relax.
Every so often, try to Make yourself better in some way. In any way you can. People who say that people never change are never referring to self improvement, and if they are, they've never given it a serious go themselves. And on the off-chance that they have, they simply need to get better at finishing what they've started
Don't expect immediate results when attempting self improvement.
Stick with it, time spent becoming a better person is invaluable, as you'll be that much happier for the rest of your life. Quality of life, based on what kind of life you lead, changes exponentially with the progression of time (Snowball effect). If you live well, and you are well, negative things are more easily absorbed, and positive things only induce living and being even better.
If you take comfort in watching T.V, take less comfort in watching T.V.
If you worry too much, worry less.
If you feel like you are just an unhappy person, stop being such a little bitch.
Take care to make sure you're sincerely changing your ways- That you're forming a natural habit of doing whatever it is you'd like to do (a habit takes 3 weeks to a month to form).

Break Rules.
We live contained, born into a set range of acceptable ways to act. Break the grid. Decimate it, forget that it ever existed; Live how you like and you'll like how you live.
